Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Protocol

Thank you for shopping at Xome Store India. We operate a strict No Return / No Exchange policy. We only offer refunds under specific conditions outlined below. Due to the nature of electronic goods sold without warranty, all sales are generally considered final unless the product is defective upon arrival.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund only under the following circumstances:

  1. Dead on Arrival (DOA): The product is non-functional upon delivery.

  2. Wrong Item Sent: You received a product different from what was ordered.

  3. Physical Damage: The product arrived physically damaged (requires immediate proof via unboxing video).

3. Refund Timelines

  • Claim Period: You must raise a refund request within 7 Days from the date of delivery. Requests received after 7 days will be summarily rejected.

  • Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.

4. Mandatory Procedure to Request Refund

To request a refund, you must follow this procedure. We do not accept requests via Social Media comments or Direct Messages.

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@xomestore.com or WhatsApp +919220958058.

  2. Evidence: You must provide the Order ID and clear visual evidence (Photos/Videos) of the issue.

  3. Approval: Our support team will review the evidence. We may request you to troubleshoot the device.

  4. Resolution: If approved, we will initiate a monetary refund. We do not provide replacement products.

5. Exclusions (No Refund Scenarios)

Refunds will NOT be processed for:

  • Minor packaging damages that do not affect the product itself.

  • Dissatisfaction with the product due to personal preference (e.g., "I don't like the sound quality").

  • Issues reported after the 7-day window.

  • Products damaged due to user misuse, water damage, or voltage surges.

6. JioMart Purchases

If you purchased a Xome Store India product via JioMart, you are subject to JioMart’s Return and Refund Policy. Do not contact us directly, as we do not have the authorization to refund payments collected by JioMart.
