Shipment & Delivery Policy

Effective Date: December 27, 2025

1. Shipping Scope

Xome Store India ships to postal codes across India. We utilize a network of reputed third-party courier partners to ensure your order reaches you.

2. Order Processing

  • Handling Time: We require 1-2 business days to process your order, conduct a final quality check, pack, and dispatch the item from our New Delhi warehouse.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: The estimated transport time is 5-7 business days after dispatch.

  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to North East India, J&K, and other remote locations may take longer (up to 10-12 days).

4. Shipping Charges & Payment

  • Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Prepaid Only: We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be fully paid before dispatch.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS containing the Tracking ID and the name of the courier partner. You can track the status on the courier's official website.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Incomplete Address: We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply.

  • Lost Packages: In the rare event that a package is lost in transit by the courier, we will initiate a refund after an investigation by the courier partner is concluded.

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays resulting from natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions.
